Seasons At La Quinta

I have lived here for almost 3 years and I couldn't be happier. The new Manager, Maintenance and all Staff are friendly and prompt in response if there is an issue. Property is well maintained and the complex is quiet. Neighbors are friendly and helpful.

I visited and seen that the community is very well kept. I wasnt able to see the manager because she was not in the office that day. We did email each other and she seems nice. I was able to see inside one of the villas and I could see myself living there. I am on the waiting list.

Finally received a call that a unit became available......the female stated she would contact me again with further information and details to move forward. 2 weeks and nothing, I finally reached a live person after leaving numerous messages. The female quickly transferred me to a male with horrible broken English who proceeded to tell me they never called me and someone else was moving into the unit that had become available. If this example of follow through is an example of how this property is run take me off the list all together. Horrible office protocol and customer interaction, basically called me a liar as if I new after two years there was a unit available, how is that now? Where do they find office managers like this? I know Craigslist!

It's true a friend of mine was on the waiting list for 5 years and suddenly they said it changed mgmt and all the applications are missing. During the five years called with apt opening but could never reach them back. Obviously selective waiting list is a joke. Don't bother.

I applied for 4 years or more, I never know why you should call me. I think there are a few who favor themselves.
