I am in the area every other month for work for the past 4 years, and it seems to be that every time I come they have new management/employees. Looks like they can't keep employees longer than a year. It all went downhill once the female manager left. Ran into a couple Chase ex-employees working at neighboring banks, they stated transparency and communication is a joke for this location. It's a shame that one of my favorites is no longer there.

I went into the bank to open a checking account and was told that because I didnt have an appointment there was nothing they could do. Ive been a client for over 20 years. One manager sitting at his desk and two other employees doing nothing and I was told one couldnt open my checking account because he only does investments the other had to wait for his next appointment to arrive since nobody on appointment was even there. Im so tired of going into Chase and feeling like they dont care about their clients.
