I am extremely unsatisfied with the company!!!We rented a vehicle for pick up in the La Quinta location after searching for 1hour and no success we where informed it was a satlite location and needed to contact Palm Desert location. We contacted the office and were told our rental was not available even with our reservation in place!! We then were told we could get 2 vehicles or wait while they check other stores for an 8 passenger vehicle and they would call us back. We received a callback to inform us an 8 passenger had came in, we rushed in to only be given a 7 passenger SUV. Then we were advised to wait till 5 and see if someone would return a vehicle . Once 5:30 came around we called the location and they advised that there was nothing they could do they had no vehicles available and the 2 cars option that they offered was a mistake!

The slogan " The car company that picks you up"
has been validated. My golf cart ran out of juice
(battery died) last Sunday. I was 1 mile from home. While debating how I would push it home ,
a big Enterprise truck pulled up! These two handsome fellows , Alonso and Bryan , jumped out and asked me if they could lift the golf cart and I and take me to my house. They were so awesome ! They placed it on a lift at the back of the truck with myself in it. I gotta thank those Enterprise guys from my heart ! Such noble men deserve to be promoted to higher positions at Enterprise Rent a Car !! Now that's what I call Customer Service!
