        It is laughable that this business even exists. They use low grade padlocks to keep out people performing very illegal acts of dumping. LOW GRADE PADLOCKS DON'T KEEP OUT PEOPLE PERFORMING VERY ILLEGAL ACTS OF DUMPING. They have clearly done a good job of talking various businesses into paying them.
