Came here to treat a cracked tooth and was told I need 6 root canals. Got a second option else where and I only need one for the cracked tooth which could have possibly only needed filling if it wasnt for having to change coverage away from these guys. If you have good insurance they will try to put you through unnecessary work to make a bag off of you. I suggest you steer clear of this dentist.

great dentists/orthos, terrible front desk staff. especially the lady named bianca, she has no personality when speaking to clients and is rude when you ask to make an appointment. she also does not give you a chance to finish your sentence before hanging up the call without saying goodbye. hire better receptionists with better attitudes.

Avoid these n!asty people if you can. I have a severe toothache, the pain is overwhelming... I threw up it was so bad. When I called to mention I might be a few minutes late, (probably would have been on time) and the lady on the phone was one of those n!asty people that wants to spend a longer time explaining to you how they can't grant you more time, than it would to just grant me a few extra minutes, if I was even late, which I probably wouldn't have been. I have enough n!asty people in my life, I don't need her... so, the pain continues to be overwhelming... Lady had zero compassion for my painful situation... if you've ever had a toothache you know how incredibly painful and distracting it can be... I explained to her that it feels like the whole left side of my face is being crushed - no reaction at all... no compassion whatsoever... Just - "we won't see you if you're even one minute over the time..." If I was going to be late, it wouldn't have been more than just a couple minutes. N!asty people... zero compassion for someone in severe pain...

So I went here to get a checkup and was accused of FRAUD by one lady at the desk. She needs to look up the definition of this word because choosing not to use your insurance is not fraud. Because I selected it online and elected not to use it, it is NOT FRAUD! Here is the definition of Fraud: "A deception practiced in order to induce another to give up possession of property or surrender a right"
IF I had stolen someone else's insurance, that is fraud, stealing someone else's identity, that is, fraud. Selecting I have insurance online and choosing not to use it when I walk-in is not fruad.
If you read this, look the definition up yourself. Learn some words. Bad patient interaction by falsely accusing someone of fraud (saying I have insurance and choosing to pay cash). Call the state benefits office. Do an online search to know ANYONE can choose to or not to use their insurance.
