So I was running a bit behind and I ran into the store around 10pm and yes I knew they were closing. I needed to buy some motor oil and an oil filter to give my truck an oil change. I get the oil and then I rush over to where the oil filters are and start using the little machine on the glass pane to find the right one. I get through the first one, can't find it, then the 2nd and still can't find that one so I hit the button to make sure I can get a person to open the glass case before its too late. Idk who this associate was texting but that person was a hell of a lot more important then helping me. When I say she was just standing there waiting for me to find the right oil filter texting away to someone, that's not an exaggeration. She didn't help me look for anything. She just watched me frantically go back and forth to that machine to find the right filter. Finally I found one that would work, she opened the case and I grabbed it and I said thank you although I shouldn't have said anything cause I found the filter without her help at all.... get it together walmart... watch your employees..
