Stunning, old desert resort. We had the top floor of a casita with an amazing Mountain Views and its own private patio with fireplace. The rooms are huge with large bathroom, shower, tub and WC. There are multiple pools and each casita cluster shares one (which are a great size). Beautiful grounds too. Just a stunning place.

Magnificent place to visit. Beautiful "Spanish/western " Decor.
Great food. Fun place with a great golf course. Fantastic wedding destination.

We picked the hotel, for the pool and theirs wasn't even open! Not the best experience!
Food & drinks: Don't go to Ruby Tuesdays!! Horrible!!

The resort's aesthetics are stunning, with picturesque landscaping and charming Spanish-style architecture that create a serene atmosphere. The rooms are very dated and could use a refresh
There were some significant drawbacks that marred my experience. Firstly, the resort was overly crowded during spring break, making it difficult to find a peaceful spot to relax by the pool. Adding to the frustration, the pool seemed to be open not only to guests of the resort but also to people from surrounding houses and properties. I saw several groups and families walking in to get access to the pools, and there is no one checking them so it's a great "free" pool for outsiders.
This meant that finding a space by the pool was nearly impossible for resort guests.
Also the "outsiders" also take up all the parking so their own guests can't find a parking spot
I mentioned it to the client services and they seemed to be fully aware of it but couldn't do anything about it.
Additionally, the restaurant situation was a major inconvenience. While the on-site dining options were appealing, securing a reservation was a challenge due to the fact that the restaurants are open to the public. This resulted in long wait times and limited availability, leaving guests scrambling for alternatives.
This was probably my last time there
