      image If a dog/animal suddenly jumps in front of your car and you injure the animal, they consider it not your fault. But if you try to avoid hitting the animal and damage your vehicle in the procesd,, they consider it at fault accident. So, if you don't want a point on your record, you need to hit/run over the poor creature. Wow, in a way, they are encouraging you to run the animal over with your vehicle. What about a child instead of an animal ?

      image Very disappointed a 43 year member with no claims and my renewal auto insurance increased by 40%. AAA did not care, claimed it was a Calif issue. I was the wrong market to lose. Will never go back.
