        Only visit this store if you have an appointment time. Staff seemed to only be interested in your plan and everything else was "schedule a technician visit." I had an equipment question and that was the answer I received. Of no help and not going to pay for a technical visit. Got information I needed from a competitors floor staff "without" changing my company.

        Worst customer service.... If you want to wait for 30m to return your equipment, this is where you want to go. Same yourself some time and drop it off at ups.

        Almost very time I come in to pay my bill with their machine, it's broken. Today I entered my check and the machine had a malfunction and wouldn't give my check back. Had to sign in for help which is taking 20 min so far, and I still have to wait for 3 people ahead of me (30min?)... No one here will help unless you are signed in. Service seems to suck today! Update: Now they are telling me a service person will be here tomorrow to open and get my check out... Glad I didn't wait the 30+ min for them to tell me this.
