PHH Mortgage

My mortgage was sold to this company. They are the worst. They should be avoided. I am looking for an attorney that can help me review my situation with this company

Cant hold of anybody there. Spend 1/2 hour twice and no luck. I dont know how they are in business.

Asked if they could pay my supplemental tax bill with my impound account. They agreed. I got notice that they were selling my mortgage, so i called to check they were still paying my supplemental tax and that it would be paid on time to avoid penalties, they told me not to worry, they were still going to pay it and if it was late it was their responsibility so they would cover the penalties. Low and behold they did not pay the bill and I had to pay penalties. I called to have them send me a check for the penalties and they told me they were not responsible. Beware of this trash mortgage company and don't trust a word they say.

My Mortgage got sold to PHH. They are constantly sending Mail saying my mortgage is increasing by X amount. If you research PHH they have a class action lawsuit against them for illegal fees/increases. Avoid this lender.
