Palm Nails

I'm always very satisfied with the work they do here, and the customer service is fantastic. Fair pricing with an excellent selection of nail products. The pedicure chairs are so comfortable, too! It has been five years since my first review. They are still my favorite nail salon in the entire Coachella Valley.

I'm in a different time zone and work very early, I know who my mom would like to see there in a couple of weeks and I was looking to book myself an appointment at the same time while I visit her in California. I called to leave a voicemail with details (obviously not expecting anyone to answer at 4 am..) and the man answered and told me "who are you calling at 4 am? are you crazy?" and hung up on me. I am literally in shock. My mom is a regular at this location .. I have never experienced unprofessional behavior to this level. I will take my business elsewhere.
