As an event planner I have come across many vendors who offer a variety of services but I have only worked with a few casino entertainment companies. No other company explained the process as well as Tom. He was extremely reassuring as I was a bit concerned about not having enough space in the venue that was selected. He made it happen and during set up he really came prepared when it come to moving the whole set up within an hour. We would offer to move over chairs and his attitude was that he was there to make things easy for us. He did whatever rearranging that was needed and had everything set up on time. He hosted a staff huddle with all the dealers, kept the dealers updated so that everything stayed on schedule, and if there was any tension or spills in the crowd he notified me immediately so that his floor of guests were 100% happy. I feel so much more prepared and more confident to continue to offer casino services to my clients knowing that Tom is in charge. I highly recommend world class casino entertainment!!!
