Positive: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness I wanted to give a review about Kim and Ric helping us to find a home. I cant say enough about how great these people are. From the moment we first called them, we felt comfortable and zero pressure. We told them what we were looking for and they helped us find the perfect place. Kim was tireless in making sure that a difficult deal went through. They were always super positive and we felt they always were on our side and not the side to make a few extra dollars. They truly went out of their way to make the entire process smooth and with as little stress on us as could be achieved. Also, if you are a vet in the Coachella Valley, she understands the VA process. You have to watch her YouTube videos also! A terrific place to find tons of information about the area, cost of living, and the local market. You cant go wrong!
