Brandi Pratt helped me to buy a house in Palm Desert via 1031 exchange program. She is very knowledgeable of the market and the 1031 program. She also helped me to rent out the place and she was very helpful in recommending contractors for updating the place. She was very prompt in responding my texts and questions. I enjoyed working with Brandi and I will highly recommend her.

I met Arik Alvidrez at an open house he was hosting in Palm Springs. He was very knowledgable about the property and personable in a low key/low pressure way. The property was not exactly what I was looking for - but I left my contact info and Arik followed up by sending me listings that he thought I would be interested in. I live in L.A. and visit Palm Springs about one a month. I had seen a view places this I was interested in on-line and Arik arranged to show them to me when I was in town. He was always able to accommodate my schedule. When I did found a place that I wanted to pursue Arik advised me as to the offer to make, help me through that offer and in responding to the counter offer. Once we started escrow - Arik held my hand throughout the process and was always available for help and advice. He handed me the keys to my new place and made the process as smooth and stress free has possible, Highly recommended!

Realtor Arik Alvidrez was very helpful and accommodating for our transaction. He's very quick to respond to communication and was helpful at clarifying the details. My wife and I really appreciated the his knowledge of the area. Safe to say we would not have been able to close without him!
