This man is a professional. I have been making my taxis for more than 10 years and I have never had any problems. He always answers the phone when I have any questions. He is very kind and helpful.

Past couple years were great! This year, he was too busy for us. We asked on April 1st if we could just email our documents like we normally do. He said it would take about 2 weeks for him to get to. Said its faster if we made the appointment to go in person. We made an appointment with his assistant, and they gave us the appointment 14 days later. How is that faster? Called the day of, we were unable to make it.Asked if we could just keep the appointment and he pull up our emailed documents. He answered with youll have to cancel. Found a tax preparer down the street that would handle our taxes today and by email. Will never be doing business with Ludwig ever again.
