PGA WEST Pete Dye Mountain Course

The Pete Dye Mountain was not the course I was expecting at $280/each. Our playing partners paid $95 each and even they thought they paid too much. Here's my experience: - No guidance on anything from the girl at check in. - Starter gave terrible advice on the course playability - Range was only irons no woods - Putting green was cut much faster than course greens. - no chipping green - Very little access to drinking water on a 35 degree day - greens were absolutely terrible. Very uneven and untrue - bunkers had large rocks in them - fairways we terrible - rough was cut uneven in many spots on the course - Saw the beveridge girl once in 18 holes

Fun course, good service. Typical Dye design which are tricky. Greens were redone last fall so they were not receptive to approach shots. Will be great to play next fall. Good food and drinks

My golf abilities do not give this immaculate beautiful course justice! Its great that cart and range balls are included. Greens for my skill level are Pete Dye diabolical! You must avoid the lower level or face rolling off 15 yards!
