Vacanza Stays

My family recently stayed at a property and Palm Springs California managed by Vacanza Stays. The property was an absolute Pig pen with many dangerous situations that resulted in injuries to several of my grandchildren. When contacting the Vancanza Stays 2 hours after we checked in with a list of very serious issues and they somehow said all the right things but did nothing to rectify the situations . My family and I travel together frequently and I will never ever stay at a property managed by the Vacanza Stays. I highly recommend that you stay away from them as well!

No responses to emails, voicemails, or rental site messages. Very bad customer service.

I enjoyed booking and staying with Vacanza stays rental house. The staff are great and easy to contact. They respond on time and are very accomodating. Their place is well maintained and very beautiful. It was all worth it and we will definitely book with them again.

I can absolutely attest to the comments that people are leaving about Vacanza stays being a horrible company and having horrible communication with guests. I requested a 10am checkin before booking on air b n b. They agreed so I booked. Then the days before my visit they never sent me any information to access the home so I reached out and got sparse communication and indirect answers. When the day came to checkin at 10am (which was very important for me as I needed Wi-Fi for work purposes) , I waited seven hours past my checkin time hoping to get info and never did. When I called them directly at 5pm after no response to my messages, they gave me false checkin info multiple times to the home and I was left waiting outside for about 40 minutes till they figured it out. Given the circumstances, I politely asked for a partial refund because of this first day being so important. They apologized, and said theyd get back to me about the refund but then continued to give me the go around and kept rescheduling conversations about it and dodging conversation. When I took it up with air b n b, Vacanza had the audacity to create fake images of proof they sent me the checkin information at the appropriate time and sent those fake images to air b n b to avoid being responsible. I even went as far as to send air b n b my Verizon wireless cellphone records to proof communication was never sent. These people are horrible. I would absolutely avoid this vacation rental company at whatever cost. And if I were a home owner, I would never work with this company.
