Do not rent from them. Called 3 times to let them know that things were broken around the property and they could give a flying care. Spent good money on this property and didnt get to use the amenities that were the selling point of renting this property. Very rude people.

PROMISES MADE. PROMISES KEPT. I am very impressed with the level of professionalism. I had an issue that was addressed quickly, thoroughly and professionally. Sometimes, it's not that things don't go wrong, but the better way to judge a company is how they handle the issues that DO are not as planned. EVERYDAY LUXURY and John were 100% amazing. I would do business with this company again in a heartbeat.

My stay at this Everyday Luxury, Inc/ Righteous Rentals Glam Dragon units A and B were horrible. I immediately expressed concern to rental agency that unit was inhabitable due to horrible fish smell Rental company staff agreed that smell was terrible. The rental agency offered that I should stay in Unit B (smaller unit with only 1 bedroom and not a real kitchen or laundry). I immediately had trouble accessing unit B because the keyless lock would not open from the outside (I have video of lock attempting but failing to open). Rental staff came and was able to jimmy the lock with a credit card to get lock open. Staff verbally informed me that I could stay the night in unit B and lock deadbolt from the inside but If I left unit I would not be able to lock door from the outside (and my valuables would not be secure). He stated that a locksmith would be sent in the morning. A lock smith was not sent in the morning. Also unit B did not have a true kitchen (see photos) as Unit A did. Upon further inspection of the unit, I noticed visible black mold on the walls in two locations in 1 bedroom. They refused to give me a comparable unit or refund my payment of more than $3000 despite the obvious health and safety hazards.

Disappointing Stay with Unresponsive Host I recently had an unpleasant experience dealing with John at Everyday Luxury during my stay in Newport. Despite reaching out to John with legitimate concerns (no hot water in shower or sinks for two consecutive days), my complaints were ignored and I was accused of fabricating issues. John dismissed my complaints and in frustration I checked into a hotel. As a guest, I believe in honest and constructive feedback. My stay was not as advertised and the host, either too far away to help or too cheap to send someone out, failed. I hope Everyday Luxury will take this review to heart and will reconsider treating others this way in the future. By the way, I tried to deal with this offline in the Airbnb email portal but John blew me off, I have a feeling he may respond now. You've been warned.
