Update:I forgot to mention that Dr. Fenton misdiagnosed my pet AND suggested I soak her in an energy drink like Rockstar or Monster. You can't make it this up. I took her to get another clinic to get a second opinion and it was simply coccidia. Reptile owners do NOT come here. The front desk staff were wonderful. Very kind. However, that's as far as the pleasantries go. I had an appointment with my beardie and any warmth that was in the lobby just disappeared as soon as my pet was ready to be seen. The nurse hardly said a word to myself or my pet which is a stark contrast to what I'm used to. I attempted to carry the conversation several times but in the end I just gave up. When Dr. Fenton rolled in he wasn't much better. He hardly took the time to look her over and get to know her while I was present. When I was confused about a question he was asking he proceeded to drill it over and over again without clarification. We reached an understanding eventually but only after I stated I was uncomfortable resulting with the nurse apologizing on his behalf. In short, I didn't feel welcome here and I honestly couldn't wait to leave. I'm sad to say that this was our first and last visit but it is what it is. Reptile owners especially, look somewhere else.

Took my little terrier Dixie there on Oct. 19th. My regular vet was not available so I was introduced to Dr. Juan Partida. What a QUACK! He examined my dog, not in front of me but in the back behind closed doors. He listed a few thing she needed, mainly basic maintenance. He recommended that in the near future we get a blood work up because she's 10 and it would be a good baseline. Ok. Then nurse came in and handed me a bill for $570!! For a routine check up and shots. What could I do? I paid. We'll, the very next day the vet called me up and said he had reviewed Dixie's blood work (which I did not authorize) and said "I have bad news". When I mentioned that I didn't authorize bloodwork, he REFUSED to tell me what the bad news was! He said because I didn't authorize the bloodwork he couldn't give me the results. EVEN THOUGH MY CREDIT CARD WAS CHARGED!! NO COMPASSION WHATSOEVER. As any protective furr parent would, I gave me a few choice words and expressed my frustration over his unprofessionalism, and he hung up on me. My husband actually went over to the clinic the same day and asked to speak to him to get the results and he would not see him. What a coward and hack. I used to think this place was ok. But no more! We have transferred our records to another vet who was more than happy to tell us the results of the bloodwork and now we are happily treating Dixie for a minor condition and feel we have found a compassionate, caring clinic and new vet. P.S. Still waiting for call from the manager of the facility....ZZZzzzz
