I went in to buy final fantasy reunion for my Nintendo switch and was helped by Victoria! She was so welcoming,knowledgeable and sweet! She was so welcoming to everyone in the store as well , it's rare to find customer service like hers now in days , will definitly be returning thank you for the great experience!

Visited today twice! First time was super friendly and great visit, seemed like the person helping me was the manager or doing a very good job at it. Made sure to sign me up and told me about the trade in for consoles, now I am coming back to trade in my consoles and controllers. Just to be told that one of the employees had gone on his lunch and would not be doing trade in for the rest of the night. Honestly was super sad and just walked out. I drove from palm desert to la Quinta store because they close at 10pm while other locations close at 9pm. It just leaves a sour taste in my mouth coming back to GameStop for anything. I hadn't been in a while and spent the money for a membership that I won't use..
