I trusted them from the start, they priced my place correctly, it sold for a bit more due to the times, and sold very quickly. Communications were quick and simple, I could call either on their cell, back within minutes. Easy peasy. They advised me of my multiple offers and looked out for my interests and helped me with my decision. Great demeanor, enjoyable. Went as smooth as I could have hoped for.

Pat and Paul are terrific as realtors and caring people. They work very well together as a team and are available for you not only prior to your purchase but there to assist you in settling in your new surroundings. I would use them again and have recommended them to family and friends.

I am not writer, critic, poet or romantic; therefore, it is hard to make the right comments or cite opinions and do it fairly. Moreover, review the comments following and consider they just scratch the surface of how well they perform in the real estate world. We love them and will miss them. --Ran into Paul & Pat in another open house in the area. We were looking for a new place with more space. When times were tough, they handled the leasing of my home until such time as were able to sell reasonably. --Thoughts were put into these ratings. There should be a category for excellentPlus. :-) --Pat was super helpful an dealing with my existing tenant. "Nothing is ever easy." Pat saved the day!!! --I was fortunate to find them. Selling and buying can traumatize the average person at times. Paul & Pat (PREA) made issues as painless as possible. --Performance of Paul and Pat were superior in all matters. A++
