They won't tell you that you can't have a debt higher than a certain amount, and once you get denied, you have to start over at the bottom of the list. I understand it's their policy, but when you are struggling to find a place you can afford and get denied for something like that and then pass by only to see brand new Teslas, BMWs, and Mercedes parked there everyday it's infuriating. If they can afford those high-end cars, I'm pretty sure they can afford a place outside of low income housing and give people who actually need help with housing a chance. (I did my own little investigation to make sure it wasn't visitors but actual people who live there and own those cars too)
