Cleaning services are excellent. Keeps me updated with condition of the area they are cleaning through videos and photos which I like and is very helpful to the homeowner. Luis kept in contact the whole time during the cleaning session until the job is complete which I really appreciate from homeowners standpoint knowing that I am getting an excellent service. Hard worker from beginning to end of job (pressure washed solar panels, exterior walls of the house and gazebo, cement around the house, roof and even fixed broken roof tiles). Has eye for detail and thorough job well done. Price is very reasonable with exceptional job performed. Would highly recommend Luis!

This is the best company for pigeon removal. Luis is honest thorough and smart. He Installed netting around my solar panels so the pests cant nest there. Metal spikes on the roofline stops them from hanging out and pooping. Shiny medallions hang all around so the birds are scared off before they even land. Pigeons are gone from my house for good! Thank you Luis!
