The best of the best. Jarred is the best realator. I advise that you go with him. Knows the ins and outs of the industry. Well informed about the market. Knows and can advise about construction/repairs. Whatever he does know he finds out promptly. Very patient. Wanted to make sure we found the best place for us even if it took a bit longer. Always available and willing to show homes. Unbiased- good at presenting the facts of a home or an offer so that we could make an educated and confident decision on our own. Never felt pressured or guilty about pulling out of an offer ( I did several times). Very friendly and easy to talk to and work with. Went out of his way to write offers and do paperwork quickly. Spent time helping/ advising us after escrow closed and helped us find solutions. He made good recommendations on who to use for a lender, home inspector, and other contractors. Picked up the slack of the seller to make sure we got into our home ASAP. He really loves what he does, and take pride. Thank you Jarred and Brix!!!

My wife and I were very fortunate to have Jarred coach us through the purchase of our first home. Years later he was there ready to facilitate the purchase of our second home. The guy is a tremendous resource when it comes to providing information and coaching home buyers on the dos and don'ts when purchasing a home. He takes care of his clients.

I remember the first time Jarred took me to tour of several houses in San Diego County. It was quite far from where he's located, but I remember being surprised at how good-natured he was about traipsing about, taking my wife and I to see several houses we'd scoped out. He has the best attitude, he's ALWAYS made himself available for questions, he's very responsive and prompt, and he made the whole home-buying process really easy to understand. As a first-time home buyer at the time, it was at times overwhelming, but Jarred really made it a breeze. He's seems to take pride in taking good care of his clients.
