        Beware!Overcharged and will not return security deposit after we moved out after 6 years. The move out inspector Carlos is highly dishonest also. Charged 270 for cleaning of a 1 bedroom apartment whose carpet was going to be floored. Definitely overcharging . Will not recommend. They will raise rent $100 every time you renew lease. Any concerns will fall on deaf ears. The manager Eric is inconsiderate of your concerns. Also lot of thefts and totally smoke friendly community. Dont expect security back
