A little expensive at times but worth the extra dollars. Breakfast and dinner are pretty awesome benefit. No parking fee.

We have a little dog and they accommodate her by giving us the same room so its like home to her. They have taken very good care of us for three years as we drive back and forth to the desert for doctors and vet appointments. Awesome hotel! Food & drinks: They serve an awesome breakfast and dinner. Where can you get that kind of service?

Best hotel experience I've had in a while. Beautiful and well maintained hotel. Big comfortable and clean rooms. Good breakfast and even dinner and drinks are included Mon-Wed. Every staff member was friendly.

I would stay here specifically because the front desk workers are AMAZING! The rooms were always clean and smelled fresh. Sadly, that was in the past and the new trend is that most of the time you either have a very dusty room or personal items left from incomplete housekeeping. This last stay the last room was dusty as well but the biggest issue was cigarette smoke infiltrated so badly and no matter what we did it made everything smelll musty and dirty. The bathroom has both ashes and hair all over shower and sink. The housekeeper just offered a spray room odorizer (did nothing) The hallways on one side of the hotel always filed with pot smoke so if your into it, fine. If not it is getting worse. This stay my room had NOT been CLEANED and or someone is not inspecting or someone with access is using the rooms. Maintenance or housekeeping outside the rooms can be very looks here yelling and having conversations right outside of the rooms while you are sleeping. Excess maintenance machines around the outdoor area from the business offices surrounding area so sometimes it can happen multiple days in a row half the day. Kids bracelet beads all over and hair and insects in the shower. Plus hair all over the bed and crumbs. The last few stays have been dirty rooms. I appreciate the hard workers that do their jobs. But not so much the ones not doing their jobs and spending so much time talking and hanging out in the hallways. Breakfast is just OK. They serve different sausages almost everyday. But they did add oatmeal bar and most days have nuts and cranberries unless they run out. Dinner can be OK some days and not great a lot of days especially when manager special is the Samar thing they had earlier in the week. Front desk Staff is always AMAZING! Also some of kitchen are very hard working people but I dont know who is in charge of dinner planning or ordering food. The exterior doors need to be replaced and are very very heavy and hard to open and go out of order all the time. There have been personal injuries resulting in blood baths when they close on a hand or limb. Be careful for elderly, disabled, animals and children. They need to replace all the door readers for the keys and upgrade to digital keys. Most of the time the KEYS STOP WORKING! They do not work always work properly and it is annoying. Digital card tap reader or the phone key cards would be a major improvement. The rooms are OK but there is always A LOT OF NOISE unceasing noise from housekeeping radios and conversations in the hallway and slamming doors and sometimes incessant dog barking while trying to sleep. Also whomever is above you the ceiling sounds like paper thin. Things do get missed. People sometimes dont clean up after their dogs here or around the property. There should be a fee for dog clean up. Sometimes a dog will make a mess in front of your door. It usually gets cleaned but sometimes later. They have free laundry which is nice but one or more of the machines are broken and need to be replaced for a long time now.Laundry is a popular time so one family can be in use the entire time. They advertise extended stay but you Must check out after 26 days! There have been run ins with very rude sometimes violent people and police can be called although Ive seen that only a couple of times. When hotel is max and kids sports teams are there it can be loud obnoxious and messy. Their kids can be the same way as well. Rooms: Make sure they are clean and available for what you need ahead of time as there are NO guarantees.
