Saddleback Plumbing would come for a furnace issue, change filter, when others would not do so even when I had been that company's customer. So will consider Saddleback for more furnace and A/C Service: Outdoor plumbing system repair

Saddleback quickly set an appointment to address a potential leak and a significant shower repair requiring drywall entry. As promised, John arrived during the window, and diagnosed the leak as a slab leak. He had to return two additional times to address our issues and always showed up during the promised window. More importantly, he was professional, personable, and very respectful of our home. John explained everything before, during and after repairs. His efforts made an otherwise stressful situation much better for us. Also, as a woman working from home, I felt completely at ease with John, which is a reflection of his professionalism and kindness. Couldn't recommend John or Saddleback more highly.
