This company is used by my management company to clean and paint. They do a poor job at both. Terrible communication from scheduling to cleaners and painters who need instructions for entry or Instructions on what type of clean or paint as well. I have used this company for four years while I managed my downtown building. Over the weekend, I had a clean scheduled for a vacant unit, the previous tenant left me a gift addressed clearly to Heather with a card and picture of my dog he framed and left me a projector that was mine and a $100 gift card to Amazon. Without so much as a call or a text to ask me if I was aware of this gift or simply where to leave something worth this amount, the cleaners STOLE the entirety of this gift and never said a word. The tenant sent me a picture of what he left and they were the only people to enter this apartment since. They will not pick up any calls or texts or answer any emails. They have stolen items off walls that we had to ask to bring back before this incident. The cleaners can not be trusted they are not professional and this is heartbreaking after working and scheduling every service with them myself over the last four years they wouldnt think a relationship built on trust and continued service was worth NOT stealing from our property and myself personally. Do not hire these thieves. This is so clearly not trash. They left a can of paint and a microwave on the counter, but took everything addressed to another person. Disgusting and the last people you would want to leave unsupervised on your property or in your home.

I recent hired CCS Proclean to clean my apartment. Their works did not meet our expectations. We waited 1h45 mins for them to arrive at the house. I had to call in to get updates on their arrival. When we initially called to set a time and date to clean, we specifically asked for detailed cleaning we wanted done. When the cleaners arrived they gave xyz reason to why it cannot be done. We dont normally leave bad reviews, however I felt propelled to do one this time as the quality of service was simply not there. To have been referred by Irvine Company we had greater expectations.
