It's always the same thing, they ask you to arrive 15 minutes before your appointment and they show you 1 hour or more later and leave you waiting for another half hour sitting inside. Their service is terrible and the reception staff is not trained to provide good customer service. I see in the opinions that they say that they are going to improve as a company but I keep seeing that the same thing happens that other people complain about, that is, that they do nothing to improve.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! this place is a huge scam. Not only are they so disorganized that they constantly cancel appointments. they pressured me every appointment about braces and i finally said yes and they put them on that night i thought how convenient i can go to my appointments in the afternoon when i don't have my daughter. WRONG! they only have 2 days available with limited hours. I called and asked if they can transfer me to a western dental with better availability and they could not help me with that. She told me to bring my 2 year old so she can sit through my appointment, because toddlers love to sit still. now I'm trying to cancel my contract due to their lack of flexibility and not informing me that the orthodontist does not share the same availability as the dentist (except when they are trying to lock you in) not to mention the rude, snobby, staff with poor customer service skills. stay away !
