I called Marvin at McGee AC to find out my options on getting AC installed and to see if it was possible to get my furnace fan and thermostat to work properly again. While he told me my options for AC install he worked on getting my furnace fan working properly again! After 7yrs of being a dormant furnace, due to poor wiring. He was able to fix it quickly and in a friendly professional manner. He went to get the correct filter size for it too. He even fixed a broken door next to the thermostat, I think hes genuinely a good person. Id recommend him highly to anyone looking for a hvac company that will fix the issue, instead of trying to upsell or lie. Ive had a few hvac companies here before for the same issue. They (United in particular) have claimed it was impossible to have my furnace fan work or AC installed without a total overhaul, that I needed to replace my entire system and copper pipes etc or my house would "blow up. I have a very difficult to work with HVAC system in my condo, and these guys were able to repair it no problem within a matter of days. I definitely recommend giving them a call.
