I wish I could give less than 1 star. Our designer created extremely clear and simple plans for a floor to ceiling fireplace with a section to mount a TV, costing approximately $18,000. Our designer included specs for every dimension, and JP Masonry signed off of the specs. JP Masonry did not follow a single specifications laid out in the plans, and completely redesigned it himself. Once we realized the fireplace was a completely different design than what we intended, we created a whole new set to continue building off of to salvage any bit of the original design we wanted. Once again JP Masonry did not follow anything on the plans. I truly could not be less satisfied. Part of it may have been due to extremely poor supervision on my GC's part, but let it be clear - do not give JP Masonry any set of plans. At best he will use it as toilet paper.
