4.8. I would have given a 5 because they were great about fitting us in on an emergency rv slide issue while we were traveling. The only concern was trying to contact them after we paid our mobile fee and the tech was late. We just kept getting a text that said they were on another line. It concerned us that it was a scam, but it was legit and he did a great job on a difficult fix.

Last February (2022), I scheduled this company to come out to my home to replace a couple vents and make some minor improvements on 2 RVs. I had a vent replaced in one of them because it was over the bed and I wanted to get it changed before we got into the rainy season. Jorge came an hour late. He showed up without a ladder and no drop cloth. I gave him a garbage can for the trash but he still left parts on top of both RVs (I found weeks later). He was on the phone a lot and when I asked, he said he was one the phone with Karla. Someone followed up with me from the shop about doing more work that I had mentioned to Jorge but I didn't respond because I wasn't sure I wanted Jorge to return. Initially, he seemed courteous but the sloppiness concerned me. Well, a lady who had been staying in there noticed a droplet on the cabinet over the bed several months ago...it was cooler so I wondered if it might be condensation with the heater. After these recent very hard rains, droplets formed again and kept coming. I had replaced the vent barely a year ago so I figured it couldn't be that. I wondered if it was the roof. I called and emailed A1 and they were slow to respond. I looked for another referral and they came right out. Upon inspection of the roof, they found some concerns with the vent installation. I contacted A1 right away. Because of the concerns, they carefully removed the caulk and screws in order to re-install it and discovered hidden issues. Different screws were used, the water seal had been cut, there were signs that the prior vent had been removed likely too forcefully, the caulk was not bonded properly to the roof to ensure no water intrusion. The water had been slowly coming in and leaking into the insulation which is why it too so long to notice. A1 denied liability at every point. I sent them videos of the outside and inside and invited them out to see for themselves. Only Karla and Daniella have been in contact with me...no sign of an owner who has the skilled expertise to understand the concerns in the video. Karla blames me saying she wished I had told them about my concerns with Jorge before. Well, if she's not going to take these very clear details in, how could I expect her to take in the initial ones? DONT TAKE YOUR RV HERE...and if you do, have them walk you through every bit of the work they did and video it...you can't see what is hidden and they're betting on it with their "1-year work warranty".

The details and facts of the service that the customer wrote the review is as follow: 1. Service was done on 01/24/2023; follow up with customer on 02/09/2023 with no concerns or issues expressed. Since installation date, it rained on 01/29/2023, 01/30/2023, 02/23/23, 02/24/23, 03/10/23, 03/15/23, 03/19/23, 03/21/23, 11/15/23, 11/29/23, plus the torrential historical severe storms that happened during January, and first week of February 2024. On 02/12/24 customer sent the 1st text (13 MONTHS AFTER VENT INSTALLED) requesting a quote to power wash the roofing membrane, apply “tape”, and rubber roof recoating as per her instructions. We replied, and 2 days later we heard back from her wanting to get the quote; this was unusual because “tape” would be installed for a very urgent temporary “patch” in the meantime the membrane gets replaced, she also stated that the trailer has an “asphalt roofing” (highly unusual! and if indeed is asphalt, coating is highly NOT recommended). Because of this rarity I was trying to figure out and understand what she wanted done. On 02/16/24 she sent a text changing her history and now mentioning a possible vent leaking. This concern was received almost 13 months after the original work was performed without any prior report of water intrusion on vent replaced. 2. Customer was adamant about purchasing parts/materials needed to keep the cost as low as possible. Technician was instructed to dispose garbage in a trash can next to one of the trailers. There was no other garbage left around.3. Appointment was set 01/24/2023 with ETA between 9:30-10:30AM, Jorge arrived at 10:30 AM, stayed until 7:15 PM since we all were trying to find customer to get paid since she vanished, wouldn’t answer her phone, and couldn’t be found at all. 4. Jorge called the office to report that parts that customer provided for windows were not a match, and materials provided were not compatible for the multiple tasks he was asked to do. Sent pics of windows cranks for us to attempt to locate them; also reported significant water damage throughout, and several other urgent repairs. Both trailers are in very bad shape, old, and have a lot of damage. He pointed out specifically the rotted floors due to water intrusion (both trailers), and explained that needed to be addressed quickly as well as locate the multiple sources of water intrusion, prevention, and repairs. Customer said she was going to have one of the people that works in the ranch to do the carpentry and multiple repairs throughout both trailers. He also mentioned that the roofing membrane in one of the trailers (not referring to the aluminum one) was in very bad shape and needed to be replaced to prevent further water damage, resealing the joints, etc. 5. Jorge did not cut the rotted/molded roofing membrane on the trailer, not only because that is not the correct way to do it, but also because there was very little sealant left on the old rusted vent frames, this means he really didn’t have to release much of the sealant/adhesive since almost all was already deteriorated, cracked, and lifted. 6. Video shows the vent housing completely loose, Dicor EPDM sealant does NOT release as easily as it shows on your video. I am not sure what type of sealant did you provided Jorge with or how did your worker cut it off. I also don’t see any evidence of black mold under the roofing membrane, the wood looks clean and free of mold. I have serious concerns that the guy that cut it off was the person that cut your membrane. At either case we did not do this, he only replaced the housing vent. 7. We process claims for parts or equipment as per the manufacturer's warranty time, we offer 90 days warranty on labor, and up to 12 months for new installed roofs (we did not install a new roof on none of your trailers, and repairs needed were declined by you). Your claim is way out of the warranty timeline, and the concern expressed or shown was not caused by our craftsmanship
