For years, I was doing my taxes on Turbo Tax and decided to seek help from a tax expert this year to make sure that I was doing it correctly. I messaged Nichell through Yelp in the late evening thinking I'd get a response the following day. To my surprise, she responded within minutes to let me know that she was more than willing to help me. She was very friendly and responded to my questions via email SOOO quickly. Such a genuine person and definitely seems like someone who values her clients. You are in good hands with Nichell - trust your tax prep to her!
