We would like to express our great appreciation to Todd and DryExpress for an excellent job that was done at our house. We switched to DryExpress from a different company because we new Todd from a previous restoration job and the results exceeded our expectation. We wanted the job done with minimum damage to our house, preferably without destroying any walls or flooring. And Todd has done exactly that. I recently had a mold and water issue that needed remediation. The team at Dry Express was professional and friendly. They took care of my problems quickly and I am very satisfied with their work. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone else.

Not even sure where to begin with this company!
Note: they had to return twice then I fired them !
Let’s start from the being obvious we had a water leak on our upstairs bathroom which leaked Down to the dinner room area .
They removed the Sheetrock in which was damage by water ... taped the area with plastic and protected my new flooring and placed fans and a dehumidifier.
Ok so let me get to the best parts:
they removed my toilet and placed it in the tub (okay not good)
Spoke with the project manager Angel he said “ it’s cause there was still water in the toilet “
I’ve never heard of anyone or any company placing a toilet in the bathroom tub with water still in it. Next the partially removed the bathroom vanity and left the sink in place with 2x4 holding it in the up position.
I told angel that the tile and tub will have to be removed . He told me most definitely let me get a hold of the adjuster. Sent multiple photos and emails to Project Manger Angel with no response.
On July 31st dry express restoration came to my home removed all the plastic protection and flooring protection equipment and left .
Never heard back from this company or from Project Manger Angel. So at that point I was wondering what’s going on!
On August 3 I noticed a yellow stain up on ceiling ... yes it was wet. Looked around up stairs and guess what I found ! Remember the 2x4 holding the sink well apparently it created a leak on the water lines connected to the sink
The whole floor was completely wet and caused another issue .
At this point I was very upset since I never heard back from Angle . So I called the my home insurance company again told them what happens they ending up calling dry express restoration...so here they come back again !
This time guess who calls me back ? Yes the one and only Angel.. he says “I’m so sorry I should have been On top of this” so like I said here they come bringing in all there equipment to dry out the remaining floor and ceiling, this time they removed the tile and while removing it they damaged my bathroom wall and wood flooring ... never did they add some sort of floor protection , they just came in ripped the floor out made a mess and caused more damage!
Well this is all I have to say about this company do your homework in who comes and works on you’re home !

Very professional service. This company completed the dry-out portion Due to damage in my bathroom. . Very courteous and was able to calm my wife fears by wearing proper PPE and exercising the greatest care for social distancing while completing the dryout. I had issues with the insurance company originally and this company was the greatest ally in getting the needed rebuttal evidence in front of my insurance claim adjuster which made my life a lot easier in dealing with the insurance side of the restoration. I will recommend this company to any and everyone.
