We had a funeral back in January and they forgot to give us a flower arrangement and they also gave us a bouquet instead of a L shape flower arrangement for the casket lid. Today they gave us a ribbon with the name missed spelled.

Do not waste your time or money here! Very rude customer service. My arrangement wasn't ready on time and we put the order in about 2 months in advance. My arrangement looked like it was thrown together with no effort whatsoever and the lady looked annoyed the whole time I was talking to her. Please don't make the mistake and give these people your business!!!!

Please dont waste your time or money here. Very rude customer service and my order wasnt ready on time and looked horrible when I went to pick it up. Looked like it was put together with no effort at all and just overall a bad experience.
