How dose you drive thru not work the window is open and the speaker works but you cant use the drive thru this place is a joke

Went thru the drive thru on our way home. There was no one in line. The female taking our order asked a question and my husband said give us a minute. She forgot to turn off her mic when she said "OMG", in a bothered tone. Immediately there was someone else helping us. We finished our order and went to the window. We paid and then we're asked to pull forward and wait for someone to bring out our food. There still was no one in line. I guess others have read the bad reviews and stayed away. I didn't read them until after this experience. The food was good but the customer service will keep us from stopping here again.

I really love Burger King, but this one took 25 minutes to bring us our food. They parked us when no one was behind us, and the food wasn't even hot when we got it. They're "privately owned" which gives the managers authority to be very rude and talk down to you when you're asking questions about their coupons. Overall it wasn't the greatest experience and I'll be going to the other options across the street.

This lovely person was so sweet i a came to order food for my son who wasnt with me at the moment but she went above and beyond to make sure I had enough sauce and even brought him a hat because she had thought he was in the car she needs a raise! Shes in the picture if you look close! I didnt get your name but I appreciate you!

And online because I upgrade the drink to large
The charge me
$9.89 for combo
$3.99 medium fry s
$3.09 large drink
Total of $18.29
And I only received 1 burger 1 medium fry
And 1 large drink
This place ripin people's money
Don't eat at this place they nasty
