image I have never felt so completely humiliated and disrespected at a Tractor Supply location. Mathew Patwell, store manager, refused to sell me a chicken coop because I had previously purchased it and had to return it due to my dad finding out he had cancer the next day after purchase. I told him I would pay all of the fees I had originally paid and he denied to sell it to me as I wasted his time in front of other customers and employees.
Unbelievable! He then said he wouldnt sell me the display, and that they do not offer assembly (hello its a paid service..).
I received a call the following day from another manager, Garett who apologized on his behalf and told me they would waive the fees and give me free gifts. At this point I just wanted a gift card and to proceed at a different location. Drive all the way down there just for Garett to call Mathew and deny me once more. I also heard over a cashiers walkie talkie that obviously didn't have an ear piece Garett say he thought we were trying to pull one over on them and agreed with Mathew that we didnt deserve anything. I wasnt asking for free things, I wanted to pay for an expensive coop for my current chicks. Thats all. But to waste my time, tell me to come down there for free gifts only to lie to me once more is so out of line. I will not be recommending this location to anyone and am actively working with Corporate to get Matt and Garetts lack of customer service handled.

image I usually stop at this store to pick up my dog food and other things. Unfortunately, the employees are careless about providing customer help. Although some may ask if we need help, they tend to forget and disregard the customer waiting. I had to wait over 15 minutes without anyone asking if I needed help.

image A minor inconvenience with a ship to store order had potential to be a headache to resolve but ended up being easy peasy to thanks to each associate I spoke with, especially Mr. Haney and his boss, whom I believe was the manager. (I'm sorry I forgot his name.) Upon initial pick up, the gentleman who walked my order to the car was helpful and kind as well. Another name I forgot to grab and I do apologize as he deserves recognition for his customer service. When it came to resolving the remaining part of my order, Mr. Haney was extremely kind, personable and helpful. I feel he went above and beyond to not only resolve the issue but did so in a quick and timely manner all while making me feel valued as a customer. Thank you!

image They miss counted a panel when I bought 10 .they complain about loading feed . Not helpful staff . The sell propane tanks but do not fill them do not go here it really bad I would rather die then go to this store
