        I visit a veteran who lives here. He informed me that they are raising his rent $150 this year. The maintenance done at his place is poor, his appliances are the same ones from 1990. His bedroom carpet is 20 years old, he dosnt use the broken fireplace, but is charged for it. He's charged for the tiny pool he dosnt use, and the laundry area is way too small and in the middle of the apartment complex. There's no parking for visitors and if you have 2 cars you have to park 1 somewhere else.
