My husband and I have been working with them (specifically Jeremiah) for a couple years now.Jeremiah very easy to talk to and very knowledgeable about the industry. He gives great advice and really cares about making sure he gets the right policy for what we need while trying to save us as much money as possible. I've also asked for his help on several occasions when I just wasn't sure how to move forward (like when our house was robbed, in a panic he was who I called right after the police to have him calmly explain that I needed to file a claim). Highly recommend!

Amazing service the agent that helped us was extremely knowledgeable on all the options for our coverage and made sure that we had everything we needed for our renters insurance. He was kind enough to answer all my question and got me the best rate I could find. By far one of the best experiences we have had with an insurance company thanks to Jeremiah he had all my documents sent to me while we were on the phone and my policy completely finished in less than 20 minutes!

Very happy with my experience at new horizon! Jeremiah was very friendly and explained everything so that I understood what I was getting! He also saved me hundreds ! He has the best rates in town! I would strongly recommend him and his business to everyone ! He can insure everyone! And does more than auto! He was helping a woman with her commercial insurance when I came in for my appointment ! She seemed very happy as well!
