Finished products works good on 1st try, 1 hour. The long delivery with redelivery where a disappointment. Appearance of parts & installed look very good, with exception of 4 points being supported with "loose 2X stacked wood & cardboard". Nothing was mentioned on why they are there and it look obvious that it's "temporary". If support is needed for the drive end (& it appears necessary to not sag & stain the heavy end), then a professional designed support must be provided., instead of "loose 2X stacked wood & cardboard". Being an exceptional good communicator, I know I'll hear from Haley next week. Haley's anticipation communication made any difficult occurances understandable each time. Rushing the reorder with urgency was appreciated. Friday's installers endured 105F and finished before 1pm with no lunch.

Arrived on time and secured the work with brackets also the work was very clean and neat, helpfully. Explaining how everything worked.

Katrina and Steve and the entire team were great. Great communication and follow up. I had a couple of issues 1 year after the install and with one call they took care of everything quickly. Vinewood was very easy to work with and I would highly recommend them. 9/29/23 Haley is very easy to work with and is a great communicator. Matt and Michael did a great job with the repairs. The company stands behind their product. Thank you!!

I found their office staff, field installers to be very helpful, professional and service oriented. I am pleased with the quality of the installation and would definitely recommend them!
