From the beginning, Hector made us feel welcomed and right at home, answered our questions, gave us great advice, and helped me walk out with the car of my dreams. Brought my car from there. Still paying off the car. After 3 years my car tracking stop working and my tracking had 3 more years to go. Call to ask to reset my car tracking device. They connected me to service to finance to service to set up a appointment. No answer on quote if I will end up paying.

He dont know how to speak costumer we come to buy a car and trade in and he say first you guys tell me witch one you buy and whats your credit score and alot questions he didnt not say hey how are you nothing and we guys go stockton to buy and we buy carr to stockton

I went to look at a car that I liked after the test drive we went inside to get the numbers of the car. When the finance manager came with the numbers there was 12,000 of unwanted fees that the tried to add on to the final price of the car. I was told that there were two fees that they could not remove because they already applied it to the vehicle after we declined their final offer the finance manager was noticeably upset.

My wife and I have bought a couple of cars over the past 17 years. We absolutely do not look forward to it whatsoever. We came into Lodi Chrysler Jeep Ram looking for a pre owned Toyota Tacoma, I saw online. Salesman Hector met us, and introduced himself. We told him what brought us in. He said great and grabbed the keys for us. He brought the car to us. I looked it over and the three of us went on a test drive. We got back and we asked if they could put together a financial worksheet for us to review. The numbers just didn't work for us. The manager Shannon came over to talk with us. He was great, very friendly and really worked with us. Shannon went back made some adjustments and came back with numbers we were comfortable with. During this time with the numbers being worked, with the test drive and the initial contact we spent sometime with Hector. He is without a doubt the nicest, most sincere, honest, and personable salesman weve ever met. He talked about his family and asked about ours and a bunch of other stuff. He is absolutely phenomenal. We felt ZERO pressure from him and Shannon.zero. I just cant say enough about Hector. He told us hes been working a Lodi Chrysler for about a month. Well we lucked out and picked a great day to see that Tacoma. We bought it and couldnt be happier. If anyones needs a recommendation to buy a car, this is definitely the dealership to visit and Hector is without a shadow of a doubt the salesman to ask for!
