Horrible customer service, very rude and  unprofessional people working at this location.  They act as if you are bothering them if you ask any questions at all. They don't have any knowledge about anything if its a technical problem they have to call another store for help. While I was in the store waiting to be helped both the man and women working were talking on phones and kept telling me to wait. By the conversations i overheard they were personal calls not business related at all,( " the young women did not want chicken for dinner" )  really i have to wait to get help while your getting payed by the hour to argue with someone at home over dinner???? I WILL NEVER BE BACK TO THIS LOCATION ive never had a good experience here but tonight was it I will drive to Stockton to avoid these rude lame people!!!
