First of, this whole closed every other Friday is a got-dang joke. Completely unacceptable. Secondly, one person says one thing and another will say the complete opposite. You gave us the wrong the permit for the job we needed to do, so when we did our job and went turn the juice on, you said NO JUICE because it was the wrong permit. Leaving the tenants in the duplex complely SOL because no one is available ON A FRIDAY to pull the correct one. Now tenants have no power until Monday? Oh wait. That a friggin holiday!!! YOU ARE A COMPLETE JOKE There has to be a higher authority we can report you to.

Quite possibly the worst customer service of any company I've had to interact with. Absolutely abysmal and embarrassing. Good luck trying to get into contact with literally anyone.

I am editing to say that the nicest person did call back finally-there are only 2 people handling calls today! She solved my problem and was absolutely awesome! So Sorry I didn't get her name! I am trying to find out why my payment check was cashed, yet I'm getting a notice saying it's not paid! Sat on hole for close to an hour-finally did the call back thing when I was #3 in line-been waiting for that call back for 3 hours now!!!!!!!!!!!! this is absurd!

What a joke? They have no answers, don't answer the phone; don't return your phone call. Is there any intelligent life force that can answer questions that work here. I've been getting the run around for several months. They promise to call back and don't. Customer service does not exist!!!!!!!
