        Drove to the location to find out they posted a sign stating they were appointment only. Called to schedule an appointment , they didn't have my screen and said they would call me back as they were going to check another store. Never called back. Called them again they said they ordered my screen and it would be in Tues. I received a call tues. Stating my screen arrived, scheduled an appointment for wed. I Received a call wed. They canceled my appt. Stating my screen was not in. The screen they had available was for a different customer and my screen would be in by Friday. They stated they would call me then to schedule appointment. Did not Received a call over the weekend so I called Monday. They said they would call me back because individual was at lunch. Never received a call back and decided to take a different approach after dealing with them for 11 days with no resolution.
