        HORRIBLE! My mother tried to book me a party on a Saturday but had gotten the dates wrong and accidentally got it on a Sunday and the contract says cancel in 21 days but my birthday was in less than 21 days and when my mom realized that she asked to either get her money back or change to another date and some Asian lady who is stuck up said that she wont get a refund and not even a trade People really suck staff was great until that lady.
