We recently lost our beloved brother/uncle/friend.  Laura made this difficult time so much easier for all of us. She is so professional, patient, respectful and kind. Use anyone but this horrible man and his dirty dated funeral home.. he takes your money and makes promises that he cannot deliver has no employees because he can't pay them and try's toDo all work himself .. he made my momLook like a clown and burned her hair with the curling iron causing irreparable damage and making it uncomfortable to all for the viewing. He didn't have the room vacuumed and didn't have pass outs printed beware you were warned and if  your loved one has pre paid and has pre needs you can take them to any funeral home . SixMonths have passed and he was asked to apologize to my father for the lack of care and short business practices so that is why this is heat I am also reporting and demanding an investigation of his premises. Again you can take your Pre needs anywhere !!!!

When you are at the worst moments in life, you need someone you can trust to walk you through the process, comfort you and make you feel like your loved one is one of their own.  Collins Family Funeral Home did this for us.  We lost two family members in a 3 week period.  Michael and Laura provided us comfort, guidance and peace at a very difficult time.  From the first phone call to the final visit, the service and care was exceptional.  Our loved one's wishes were taken care of reasonably and with grace and respect.  Both Laura and Michael communicated with us well, kept us informed of the process and made us feel like we were their most important visitor.  I can't say enough good things about this facility and the staff.  It is comforting to know that this local, family owned business is one that takes care of you when at your lowest.

Words cannot describe how grateful my family is for Michael and Laura's kindness and professionalism in helping us prepare for my father's funeral. My family had met with other funeral home representatives prior to meeting with the team at Collins Family Funeral Home, and when we met Laura, we immediately knew we found the best place in town. From the first meeting it was clear that they cared deeply about ensuring that my father received a beautiful (and affordable) celebration of life. Laura was always responsive and helpful when we had questions or needed advice along the way. The service was beautifully curated and we could not be more grateful for their help.
