Very noisy traffic. Building is old and not sound limiting. Indoor pool is a joke 4ft wide and 10 ft long. Breakfast was minimal at best in tiny room. No dogs but first thing on 3rd floor was a dog that was definitely not a "service dog". Room was remodeled but smelled of dog and strange odor.

This Best Western is great for a short stay on the road or as trucker since this is a truck stop area. Hotel is in bad need of renovation. Lamps dont have outlets so you must to dig behind night stands. Little flat square pillows are awful for sleep. Pool and spa were dirty, and jets in spa didnt really function. Water pressure is weak on higher floors and the water isnt consistently hot. TV is old small 27 inch LCD. Morning breakfast was great. The attendant making the breakfast was very sweet. Front desk service was great. Just needs a modernization investment.
Food & drinks: McDonalds, Starbucks, Carls Jr, and liquor mini mart steps outside hotel. Flying J and Loves truck stops across the street offer more food options. California Burrito next door to hotel is hit and miss in terms of quality. Mexican and Indian food trucks in the parking lot of the liquor store.

I left my necklace with a gold cross on bathroom counter on Friday the 20th call the hotel to let them know. Management said they will call me back but never did. So I called them back just for them to tell me that the housekeeper did not find my necklace. I am 100% + sure I left my necklace on the counter.I took it off right before I took a shower just like I do at home. I just forgot it due to being rushed to check out.. At 9:30am , the house keeper came bagging on the door for us to check out, but check out was not until 11am.. Dont not stay here they are not honest people..and room was very dirty. I only stayed here to get off road, was driving over 10 hours. I checked in at 12:00am and that was the worst thing I did. I am so very upset, .. My daughter gave me the necklace.and it is not even expensive. It has a sentimental value. You guys can blame me for leaving it. But I called back right away and you guys told me you would call me back witch your manager never did. I had to call you guys back....At the end everyone got to answer for what they do ... And for you guys to set here and lie and act like your team not in the wrong to take items that's left be hide is wrong...and the necklace was a cross of Jesus. so go ahead ignore that fact that you guys stole my necklace because everyone has to answer to their God..
So I hope your ready....
And should be ashamed !
I don't blame just one person, "I blame your whole team... For being very unprofessional about the situation.......by.Saying , " will it's your fault for leaving it here"

I don't understand how and why this hotel has any ratings I also don't understand how they can be associated with Best Western. This hotel stinks, the Beds are worn out you can feel the wires in the mattress sticking out we looked in a few rooms and they were basically all the same. Very bad smell. The laundry facility is outside not inside the hotel on any of the floors. I would not recommend this hotel to nobody.there are very nice hotels up the way 8 miles and trust me it's worth the drive
