I carry my homeowners, umbrella, and auto policies through Tammie Rivera at Big Valley Insurance.  From the onset, she evaluated my needs and then found me the best value... not the cheapest... but the coverage I needed at a fair price.  Tammie made sure I was not underinsured, but not overinsured, either.  Over the years, she has been very responsive all the way around... Claims, billing issues, as well as periodic evaluation of my policies.  I could not ask for more from an insurance agent.

My current agent no longer provided home and mobile home coverage and was referred there by State Farm. Very disappointing; Tammi would not return calls. I would drive down to the office after days of leaving messages and she would be sitting at her desk and tell me each time that she was short handed and busy. After 2 years of this excuse, I moved my coverage to Gomez Insurance in Ceres for less than what Valley was charging for the same coverage.
