I absolutely LOOOOOVE this little church! I have been to dozens and dozens and dozens of churches in California and in Utah, and I have never found one I connected with all the way... This little Lutheran church is a HIDDEN GEM in Lodi. Most of the the attendees are more elderly.. I'm one of the youngest members; however, younger adults are starting to come to this church as well because I'm inviting them! LOL! A couple of kids come here and there, but not many at this time. My pastor Bernt is INCREDIBLE. I have had many counseling sessions with him and he always gives me all his attention and sound advice, which he always backs up from the bible! This church only has about 40 members, but the members come consistently and stay for many many years. I have gone to sooooo many other churches, and I have found that it was much harder to connect with others at bigger churches. If you are looking for a FAMILY type of vibe and amazing pastor, I highly recommend Redeemer Lutheran Church! This is a Lutheran Church of the Missouri Synod which is Christ-centered and bible-centered. Also, if you wanted to know, we sing hymns to beautiful piano playing, usually by Carol. There is no loud organ here! Lol
