I love the facility. So beautiful and the employees are super helpful and friendly. I love Dr. Rhoades and Jessika for Botox and filler treatments. Im a huge fan of bio hacking and love getting vitamin IVs at this location.

Ego Lodi has a range of services that are offered from cosmetic injections to facials, laser treatments, vitamin therapy and much more. It is located downtown Lodi, so it is easy to find. The facility is beautiful and the staff is very welcoming and informative.

This office is absolutely wonderful. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Just outstanding service all around. I am spreading my great experience with everyone I come across. I will not be going to any other office for my treatment other than Ego Beauty & Wellness Defined at Lodi!!!!

Horrible customer service. Purchased an membership for lips. Was told that if I didnt want to use the second syringe I could use remainder on a chemical peel, dermarolling or something else of my choosing. They upsold me to sign up for a membership reassuring me that if I decided on no more injections I could use my balance and apply to something else. But when I chose to do so, they said they had no idea why I was told that and its not an option. The only way to remedy this was to charge me more for the initial syringe and make me ineligible for future memberships and henceforth discounts. I was misled all the way and its bad business practice. Definitely would not refer my family and friends. Other places better near by. UPDATE: I have reached out to the local office and spoke with three different women who said sorry but there is nothing we can do, you were misinformed at time of signing up for a membership . The response is different on a Google review and the inconsistency is frustrating.. Since I was misled, and I dont want another injection, what I would like is you to honor the membership price on the injection I have already had. And end my membership now. Instead , you are charging me an additional payment over $100 tomorrow, making my injection full price , instead of membership price, when thats not what I signed up for . I am paying for your mistake.
